Born from a Real Problem
In 2022, our founders experienced firsthand how difficult it was to find a reliable interior designer in India. The process was fragmented — word-of-mouth referrals, endless WhatsApp exchanges, unclear pricing, and zero accountability. There had to be a better way.
On the other side, talented interior designers struggled to find clients beyond their personal networks. They spent more time on admin work — chasing payments, managing contracts, showcasing portfolios — than actually designing.
Urban Interiors was born to solve both problems at once. We built a platform where homeowners can discover verified designers, compare portfolios, get transparent quotes, and manage their projects end-to-end. For designers, we created tools to showcase work, manage leads, and handle the business side so they can focus on creating beautiful spaces.
