Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Urban Interiors platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Urban Interiors Private Limited ("Urban Interiors," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered under the laws of India.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Not share your account credentials with any third party • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Urban Interiors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Urban Interiors serves as a marketplace connecting homeowners with interior designers and vendors ("Service Providers"). We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between homeowners and Service Providers. You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization • Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees or commissions • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

Interior designers and vendors listed on the Platform are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Urban Interiors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. While we verify designer credentials and maintain quality standards, the final responsibility for evaluating a Service Provider rests with the homeowner. We encourage all users to review portfolios, ratings, and reviews before engaging a Service Provider.

All payments made through the Platform are processed by our third-party payment partners. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable payment terms. • Homeowners may be required to pay platform fees in addition to designer charges • Service Providers are subject to commission fees as outlined in their subscription plan • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified • Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy • We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' prior notice

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Urban Interiors or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Service Providers retain ownership of their portfolio content, designs, and creative work shared on the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Urban Interiors a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Urban Interiors makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding: • The accuracy or completeness of Platform content • The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform • The quality of services provided by Service Providers • The suitability of any Service Provider for your specific needs To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Interiors disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Urban Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Urban Interiors in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process: 1. Informal Resolution: Contact our support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator. 3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Urban Interiors reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
